KEYNOTE - MINDFULNESS: A PATH TOWARDS HAPPINESS IN ORGANISATIONS
Mindfulness, Happiness, Wellbeing, Compassion… until recently, these words seemed alien to the world of business, but times have changed. At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Mindfulness workshops have become some of the most popular events; the UN has declared the 20th of March World Happiness Day, and each year the World Happiness Report gives an overview of the state of the world from the perspective of Happiness and Wellbeing.
Where does this trend come from? Is it simply one more short-lived fad, or are there deeper causes underlying it that can impact the business world?
Based on his experience as Program Director of the Gross National Happiness Centre in Bhutan, we will reflect
on the nature of true Happiness, and using case studies, he will show its implication in organizational contexts.
We will also explore “Happiness Skills”, such as Mindfulness, Compassion and Listening Skills, and we will ask
ourselves what this could mean for our own organization.
Workshop 1 - GETTING STARTED WITH MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is becoming more and more popular, due in part to the ability of mindfulness practice to alleviate
stress, improve concentration, and increase immune function. This workshop introduces you to mindfulness,
mindfulness-related concepts, and both formal and informal mindfulness practices.
Workshop 2 - MINDFUL COMMUNICATION
Discover and experiment the 3 core principles of an integrated approach to skillful communication based on
mindfulness practice, and the modern discipline of Nonviolent Communication. This workshop will offer
practical tips to bring more clarity and care to your relationships, and to create the conditions for meaningful
Workshop 1 - BEING A RESONANT MANAGER : SELF-AWARENESS AND SELF-CARE AS A MANAGER
The traditional management style is not fully adapted to face the challenges of our time; A new management style can be learned by unveiling our true potential :We can make a difference as resonant managers ! Personal mastery is a key starting point, enabling managers to reflect on their own attitude towards themselves. This session will propose a (re) connection to self, some basics to develop the ability to self-care. We will present discuss the socio emotional competences, experience some basics mindful practices and formulate the main path to work on self-awareness as a manager.
Workshop 2 - GROSS NATIONAL HAPPINESS (GNH) IN ORGANISATIONS:
What do we mean by happiness in organisations? During this session we will analyse enabling conditions for happiness and wellbeing (at team and organisational level) based on the 9 domains of the Gross National Happiness framework. We will present and discuss the interconnection between inner transformation, organizational change and social innovation ; the thinking and acting from ego to ecosystem awareness; basics components of the GNH (vision/values/ principles); key elements of the Gross National Happiness values and principles. Participants will also self-assess their level of happiness and wellbeing based on the GNH framework and identify ways to strengthen their enabling conditions for happiness and wellbeing.
Workshop - POWER OF THE PRESENT MOMENT THROUGH THE MOVING BODY
The workshop proposes to explore the moving body through free movement, sensation, perception. Intimately
connected to the present, we will invite you to enter into the space of the body, between form and fluidity, content
and container where breath will be the bridge between body and mind.
Workshop - BUILDING A RESILIENT MINDSET... MINDFULLY
Resilience is the ability to adapt, to regenerate and to navigate challenges and change over sustained periods of time. Individuals with a resilient mindset pursue challenges, develop opportunities and thrive with change. Building a resilient mindset culture can lead to increased motivation and productivity.
Based on the latest findings in neuroscience, participants will learn how the mind works and how thinking patterns are created. They will gain insight into personal mind-traps and become empowered to embrace challenge and change with new perspectives.

Intuitive drawing begins as a simple spontaneous doodle that becomes more meaningful as you progressively connect the dots and add more details. With no need for any prior experience with drawing you will feel the flow and joy of the pure creative process, without knowing in advance how your drawing will turn out.In this hands-on experience you will get to feel the sensation of moving from a logical mindset to a very intuitive one. You will also discover the three steps of a timeless creative thinking process that can be applied to any idea generation activity.
Workshop 2 - DREAMSCAPE - THINK LESS, FEEL MORE WITH THE POWER OF CREATIVE VISUALISATION
An innovative approach to generating ideas using the power of mindfulness to boost your intuition and your imagination. By relaxing the mind and the body we can liberate unconscious resistance to new ideas and allow for a free-flow exploration of new horizons and surprising possibilities.In this immersive experience the participants will view a contemplative sound and video projection followed by a creative visualization exercise. The dream-like state will help participants generate original ideas and insights for a real project or challenge they are currently working on.
