Tanja is a Danish mother of two, former model, goldsmith and avid photographer. She thrives on experimenting with food and is always seeking a balance between healthy food, nourishing living and wellbeing.

Tanja is the author of Pure Goodness, a book full of wonderful recipes for the whole family!

During your stay you will experience a cleanse while enjoying artfully prepared wholesome meals. Our chef will address your health from the inside out, with a pure, organic, delicious and cleansing cuisine of locally sourced seasonal produce.
