OUR PHILOSOPHY

Sometimes, you want a break. You need to get away from it all to be your best self. Away from the chaos and busy-ness. Away for time and space to re-connect with yourself, relax, reflect, and rejuvenate. Our aim is to ensure that our retreats are meaningful, impactful and sustainable long after you leave.

Upon arrival, each participant will have an included – but optional – individual session with one of our two health nutrition coaches.  This is a time for you to share your personal goals and discuss your individual needs. We believe in bio individuality – personalized solutions that you can explore and bring back with you when you leave us.  There is no one solution that fits all: we strive to set you up for success so that you can continue to live the benefits of the retreat long after you have returned home to your daily routine.  


Everyday is designed to combine some group activities and also allowing for some ME Time, time to relax, keep a journal, rest, sit by the pool side..... We also offer some optional activities (such as helping out at a local organic farm, and mindful walking in nature to discover all the magic that Ibiza has to offer).  

This retreat is plant-based and integrates100% organic raw food and detox elements allowing you to give your organism a rest.

Through our intimate wellness retreats we create tailored individual mindful experiences where you will be guided to explore, embrace and reveal the absolute YOU.

By granting yourself some ME Time, you can disconnect allowing you to discover and connect to your inner self. During our retreats, we focus on three core activities: yoga, hiking, and meditation. We mindfully arrange additional activities to surprise you and allow you to be in the present moment.

Our aim is to delight you in every way.  Our intimate off-the-grid location, limited to a maximum of 10 people, gives you the space and time to enjoy, relax and renew.
